Saratoga Access and Fitness has marketed the Saratoga Cycle®, Colorado Sport Cycle™, and Spirit™ lines of exercise cycles for over 10 years using the slogan "Accessible Aerobic Fitness™." Saratoga's hand and leg operated exercise machines are used in hospitals, therapy and rehabilitation centers, and by individuals at home throughout the United States and world.

Commenting on the acquisition, Rand-Scot's President, Joel Lerich states, "Al Degraff, Saratoga's founder, has done a good job of introducing the Accessible Aerobic Fitness™ message. We hope to refine it . . . perhaps adding both electrical work input and dissipation as well as torque measurement to the machines."

The Saratoga Exercise Products® line of arm and leg powered exercise cycles will join Rand-Scot's other products – including BBD® (Bye-Bye Decubiti®) Therapeutic Cushions and Mattress Overlays and EasyPivot® Patient Lifts.
